About Us
The new customer referral incentive program is for individuals who are not employed at RTS. The program is designed to reward individuals who provide RTS with a product or project lead which results in a completed purchase order of at least one robot.
If an order is booked to RTS within three (3) years of the original lead registration, you receive $2,500 or up to 5% of the purchase price (normal withholding taxes will apply). Booked means purchase order (PO) received with value greater than $45,000, including at least one new robot.
If an order is booked (purchase order received) through an integrator within three (3) years of the original lead registration and the value of the order is more than $25,000 but less than or equal to $45,000 including one robot, you will receive $1000 (normal withholding taxes will apply). If the value of the integrator order is greater than $45,000 including one robot, you will receive $2,500 or up to 5% of the full purchase price.
In order for you to receive compensation for exclusively providing RTS with a product or project lead, the following requirements must be met:
* The individual supplying the lead must supply it exclusively to RTS.
* To qualify, an order must be booked (Purchase Order received) within three (3) years of the original lead registration, must have a purchase order of value greater than $45,000 and must include at least one new robot.
* An order booked through an integrator must be booked within three (3) years of the original lead registration and must have a purchase order of value greater than $25,000 including one robot.
* Employees of the referred customer or their family members are not eligible for this program.
In order to qualify for compensation under the new customer referral incentive program, a lead must be a project of which RTS is not aware. In addition, RTS reserves the right to refuse pursuing leads for any reason, including without limitation the end use, the end user, and/or the source of the referral.
* No money whatsoever will be paid without complete and accurate information on file at Robotic TurnKey Solutions (RTS). Minimum information required of any party receiving a payment: completed and executed Form W-9 or applicable equivalent form.
* RTS will file a form 1099 with the US government treating the incentive as a commission.
RTS will respond to each individual supplying a lead within thirty (30) business days of receipt indicating whether the lead supplied meets the initial qualifications for compensation under the new customer referral incentive program. Provided that all of the criteria listed in these guidelines has been met, compensation and rebates will be made within forty-five (45) days of RTS' receipt of final payment from the customer according to the following:
If all above criteria is met, RTS will pay $1,000 or $2,500 (up to 5% of the purchase price) to the qualifying individual who submits the new customer referral form.
